磨齿 珩齿机 伞齿 维拉旋分铣/车齿设备 热处理核心工艺 新工艺技术
进口旋分铣/车齿设备
传统的车削加工技术是工件旋转，刀具为静止状态，传统的铣削加工技术，则刀具旋转，工件处于静止状态。而采用维拉旋分切削加工时，工件旋转的同时，刀具也同时旋转，只需设置不同的转速比。
具有如下特点：
1.切削方式为干式/湿式加工
2.单主轴加工节拍为46秒，双主轴加工节拍仅为23秒，极大地提升了加工效率
3.设备安装有车刀工位，可以保证旋分铣削与车削在一次装夹中完成
4.自带去毛刺功能
