机床床身采用天然大理石制成，支撑减振性及热稳定性高，珩磨头采用双臂，刚性好，去除能力强为获得稳定的加工质量提供了保障。
设备特色：
1.机床结构一大特点是双工位结构，机床配置两个工件主轴，加工工件的同时，对下一个工件进行装夹，缩短加工节拍。
2.机床可对工件进行珩前检测，识别毛坯质量，根据余量及径跳等参数优化珩齿工艺，配置在机测量装置，大辐减少产品切换或更换刀具后的待机时间。
